Pearls are delicate—avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth after wear and store separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratches. Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.

Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our custom pearl jewelry—each piece is crafted specifically to your preferences (e.g., selected pearl type, metal choice, engraving, or design details)—we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for custom orders.
We take great care to confirm all customization details with you before starting production (via email or order confirmation) to ensure alignment with your vision. If you receive a custom piece with a manufacturing defect (e.g., loose pearl setting, unintended material error), please contact our team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the case promptly and offer a repair or remake (where applicable) to resolve the problem.
For non-custom items (if available), our standard return policy applies—but all custom-crafted pearl jewelry remains non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

The total time to receive your custom piece includes two key stages:
Crafting Period: Since each custom order is handmade to your specifications, production typically takes 3-5 business days. This timeline ensures our artisans can meticulously select pearls, refine details, and perfect your unique design. We’ll notify you via email once your piece is finished and ready for shipping.
International Shipping: After production, your jewelry will be shipped internationally from our studio in China. Delivery times vary by destination:
Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5-8 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
In total, you can expect to receive your custom piece within approximately 13-20 business days (standard shipping) or 8-13 business days (expedited shipping) from the date of your order.
Note: Shipping times may be affected by customs processing delays, local postal service efficiency, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., holidays, weather). Once your package ships, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
